| Please mark it that my disputed trade with Garate has been closed. Mr Garate has sent the minis promised and I am satisfied with the outcome. I would laso like to give Garate a positive on his feedback from me, as I now understand the situation that caused the minis to be late and in my opinion it is fully forgivable.
If I could simply remove the dispute all together, I do not believe it would be enough. I believe that Mr. Garate is a good trader that has had a slip-up. I do recommend him to one and all. | |

| I have a disputed trade with Irkahn (a.k.a. Enrique from Mexico) to report.
Since he was relatively new to Maxminis, i've asked him to send first, which he did. I received the minis without stat cards however. When I emailed him to ask for them, he told me he forgot the include the cards, and asked me to send my minis immediately since he needed them, while he would send the cards. I agreed since he was very insistent.
He told me by email he'd sent the missing stat cards on June 1st. As of today, I have received no cards. I've sent numerous emails in the last four weeks asking for updates, receiving no replies. Irkahn took the time to update the trade utility on July 20 to indicate receipt of the minis i owed him, left positive feedback, but still did not reply to my email inquiries about the stat cards.
It's not a big complaint since it's only two stat cards missing, but still i find it aggravating that he would not even take a few moment to respond to my emails.

Lab Monkey, I reinstate my complaint against jeremiahcarissa as his behavior does not seem to have improved. I will leave it as a disputed trade, since he did violate maxminis trading protocols.
I have to agree here, it is now 8/10. More than a month after he said he sent. I post publicly that my trade with jeremiahchrissa as a failed trade. I've waited over a month and no response. Well I am lucky as I haven't lost anything-fig wise. Still a bummer...

| I had an outstanding trade with Kaya Kenobi, that was just on one year old. Kaya has had some personal issues to deal with but he came through on this trade after being away for a year. I'd written off the trade, which was a big one, and Kaya could have easily done the same, but he didn't. He contacted me and made good on the exchange. I'm impressed. Welcome back Kaya. I deleted our trade from the interface because after 6 weeks, no package was received and no reply from you. Do I leave it open....

i must report a disputed trade with Nurvel
we proposed a trade on aug 22, he accepted the trade on aug 24, i shipped my end on aug 27
since then i have repeatedly tried to contact him through emails, he failed to respond
i then brought up in the last email that he was 1 day away from the bad traders list this is the response i got in 4 different emails all on sept 5
"sorry man.....I have lost track of checking my email.?? "
"I thought that you were mailing already.? I usually wait until I receive until I mail."
"I have not received any minis from you, so How would I be ripping you off.? I have had over 50 trades and not one bad one.? Please just calm down"
"Hey laine, what day did you mail, you know that it takes awhile to mail to the US, and I have to tell you, that 99% of the time, I wait until I receive before I ship.? This has allowed me to keep away from getting ripped off.? I dont appreciate how you are already trying to slam me when I havent even gotten proof that you mailed.? Ask all of these people if I have ripped them off.? That list is up to date."

Well, never once did he bring up that he expected me to send first, knowing i have twice the trades he does i wouldn't have accepted the trade. a bit weird that Nurvel expects a "you send first but i'm not even telling you are" policy, somewhat like the "one that will go unnamed" did.
EDIT:
here is some other conflicting info i recieved from Nurvelon sept 6th i recieved an email stating "dude i just got your minis in the mail today.? "
on the trade interface he posted this a day earlier
Nurvel (9/5/2006): I will state for the record that I have received the minis today and I will be sending kritters minis tommorrow. There is no reason for my name to be smeared, and if that is the case I will just send his originals minis back. So people do have lives besides trading minis. This is the reason why I will never trade over seas again.

so time works weirdly where Nurvel comes from. in the USA overseas from Canada?
So, to get it straight, Nurvel didn't get the minis on sept 5th when he responded by email but in the parallel universe on the interface he did and then he recieved again on the 6th. I don't remember sending twice, but he said it, so it must be right. Oops my mistake, please send back the second shipment that you recieved on the 6th.

| jeremiahcarissa still owes me three common minis (Orc Maulers) from our trade. I did not know that he had other problems. To be fair, I did receive the "meat" of the trade, but it is disappointing when your package is missing items that you had hoped to receive.
The reason I decided to post this problem is his lack of email communication....and I think, his lies. He said that he had sent the missing minis, but they never arrived, and now he won't answer my emails. Now, that I see the correspondence with Krush (an upstanding trader that I've had multiple trades with), the common denominator has become obvious. | |

How many times are we going to let Ironfist do this to the community? He has had multiple problems that have affected his ability to complete trades. I had three trades with him but the last one was very shaky as he sent the minis destined to come to me, to another person instead.
I'm not trying to dump on him but what I'm saying is fact. I honestly don't understand why anyone trades with him anymore? | |

| I've 2 completed trades with IB, the first was sent with a bogus DC but it still arrived. If his siggy or trade thread still states that he'll send first I would keep that in mind. Issues in life do occur and it does affect trading in plastic.
Lab I am going to email you directly regarding this and some other traders in question.

| i must report yet another disputed trade
this one with Ironfist Boulderbender
this trade started off bad and has got worse.
i have 3 other successful trades with IB so simu-send was ok, well he waited till he recieved to send, stating money and health issues
when his end arrived, it was not right and he offered to send replacements. that was on aug 26 and he has stopped answering emails. so i was forced to come here.

no, he did not mention it at all, hence why i thought it best to but the complaint here. that email was the first i heard that i was going to send first. hmmm
 i have 100 trades, i would have never agreed to ship first, seems very schetchy to me
coupled with the fact he failed to answer my emails until i threatened to take it to the disputed trades thread
also the fact he seemed to recieve twice once on the 5th and again on the 6th and he only mentioned that he recieved after i posted the original complaint.
