So I want them to go through what I have gone through b\c people think that I have ran off with minis when I never have. These are junk aqusations and I feel like it has hurt my status as a trader b\c these posers didn't give me anything and I never gave them anything and that gives them a reason to complain and make it harder for people to trade. In turn I want Corim Danex, Krush, thenameless posted as bad traders and people should know that it is a hassle to deal with these people and that if they don't get there way (either by a sour trade or none at all) then they will post you in this section just b\c they can.

one of the mentioned traders seems to throw out "he's a bad trader" threads like its going out of style, he already dirtied my name so what stops him from power tripping on a new trader
some kinda proof is needed to label somebody as a bad trader

On the other hand, I've had multiple trades with all three and found them all to be easy to deal with and no problem whatsoever.

I usually don't make personal insults, as I know it is against the code of conduct, but, jeremiahcarissa, you are an IDIOT. In the above post you say that I never sent you anything. Big mistake MOFO. I don't send by mail, I ALWAYS use UPS Courier. This is the tracking number that proves I sent my end of the trade to you.

After reading your reading other posts the name calling will NOT be tolorated! If these personall attacks do continue your account will be locked. However I will not under any circumstances post myself, Corin Danex, or The Nameless
as bad tradders. From the information I have read, the claims are invalid.

Regardless of how frustrated or upset you are, or whether another user made a personal attack first, that type of behavior is not acceptable on Maxminis.

How many times are we going to let Ironfist do this to the community? He has had multiple problems that have affected his ability to complete trades. I had three trades with him but the last one was very shaky as he sent the minis destined to come to me, to another person instead.
I'm not trying to dump on him but what I'm saying is fact. I honestly don't understand why anyone trades with him anymore?Â

| As much as I want to stay neutral, I have to disagree with jeremiahcarissa.
I've traded with thenameless, krush, and corim danex, and all went smoothly.
If I'm going to make a guess here, I think the problem jeremiahcarissa encountered with these three veteran traders was that he had to send first (due to the fact that he had very few completed trades). If he wasn't informed that he had to send first or was misled, then he has a point to get mad. Looking at his trade history with thenameless, it looks like a clear example of jeremiah sending first. Whether or not thenameless told him so, it's not clear.
Jeremiah, I'm not out to badmouth you or anything, but I can't just let you diss on these guys who have proven track records. You may not like the way they traded with you, but it doesn't give you the right to lie about them (you mentioned you didn't receive the minis in your initial outburst, but thenameless proved you did) and make them look bad.Â
Looking at your trade history, you've so far only completed 8 trades (one of them with thenameless). And after only 8 such trades, you've already encountered 3 bad deals? If you want to have easier trades in the future, you'll need to build a good reputation. And this is not the way to start it.
And oh, I'm not familiar with Kritter's problem. But I've traded with him too and had no problems whatsoever. And yeah, I've also traded with Ghendar as well. Now that was a problem! We made a deal with him sending 2 driders my way, which were skirmish legal at the time. But by the time they arrived, they got banned!  Â Seriously, no problems trading with Ghendar too.

I asked him to send first on both occasions which he then replied "I'll have to wait then" I wish someone would get it across to him that this is the way of things on this site. I have 6 completed trades so far and only one of them did I not have to send first due to a prior trade. His method is very annoying. I just refuse to even deal with him until he changes his attitude, he's wasting my time. | |

Please let me know, if and when you want to add him to the list. I would suggest waiting longer than that as "officially" a package is considered lost after 2 weeks per the USPS.

In order for a person to be listed here on the Disputed Trade thread, there needs to be a violation of the accepted rules and practices of trading.
The complaints made by Corim Danex and Krush state that you failed to ship your side of those trades, after agreeing to send first for those trades. It's true that they didn't lose any minis, since according to the agreement they did not need to ship until they had received from you, but you still failed to meet your side of the agreement. Their complaints will remain here on the disputed trade list as a warning to other users for a reasonable amount of time before being moved to the list of resolved disputes.
The dispute filed by Thenameless states that minis were missing from your agreed side of the deal. Since you accepted the offer, you need to fulfill your obligation by sending the missing minis before his dispute with you can be considered resolved.
You have stated that you would like the traders who have posted legitimate disputes with you to also be put on the list, as you so eloquently put it, for "no reason what so ever". Until you post a valid reason for them to be placed on the list, involving a violation of the accepted rules and practices of trading here, their names will not be added.

No love for me? My reason is if you check the trading interface there are nothing about anything they are stating. If it was sent by e-mail then how can we know it is legit. I can doctor a copy and paste. Nothing in the trade interface should = complainers to the fullest. Besides I am no longer gonna post in here b\c there are actual people ripping people off for minis after they have shipped. None of these people have been ripped off. Hang the man who might be wrong? never the man who has done wrong. Return your efforts to the evil doers mighty LCS and rid the forums of the true scum taking minis with none in return. This will be my last post about Krush Cormin or thenameless. I am moving on since there is no way to receive help without sacarficing myself and I will not do that. | |

He has revoked his trade with me after he said he would ship the same time and then when his address was messed up and came back to me he asked what was going on. I shipped minis to him and it has been over a week and a half and I have not received my end of the deal and wish for everyone to know on the site to atleast make him ship first. | |

| How is this possible we just accepted the trade last week and it takes time for mail to leave and come back. I also stated in the e-mail if he gave me his address a second time I would send express to get it to him. If he can back on this trade after I have tried to make it right then, I want him posted on the site as a bad trader like so many have done to me. I am offering and have offered him the deal sent express and I am not and did not ask him to do the same. No one stated not him or this site saying I have to send a DC but if he wants a dc I will give him one but this is totally unacceptable. In fact here is the interface stuff to prove I have not been in and out of connection with him.
