Just like my first claim last week against ck_games, the same happened.
I sent many emails regarding the issue and never received a response. I
ask that the miniatures be delivered be sent immediately,WITH compensation or a FULL refund. I repeat that this is the second time this seller has taken my money and ran, never sent nor sent me an email
about unacceptable tardiness. No response to mine as well. This seller has been crippled with negative feedback lately and I think ebay should
make him pay everyone that he/she robbed and cancel their account, for excessive negative feedback and obviously criminal behaviour.
Other notable fact: I sent a request for the seller's information and the following day called the phone number. That number did NOT exist. This person is trying to escape his visible criminal intent by avoiding all contact with buyers they "violated" and should have to at least refund them. Personnaly, I have heard many stories about this seller's behaviour and find it shocking they can still operate on ebay, which is supposed to protect buyers and not only sellers. | |

| | Weird. Most of the negative responses are from maxminis members. There is 3 pages of positive feedback from one guy though. I'm pretty sure that's how he kept above 97%. Seems shady. | |

I took a gamble on fantasy_quest_dist because I saw an Underdark full set presale for an amazing price. However, I still have not received my set. If you're making a list of bad sellers add them.
In addition, you should add hellspawn914 as another seller that doesn't deliver products in a timely fashion. I preordered an uncommon set from this guy, and have yet to receive that set, either.
My own experiences with ckgames was also bad. They took forever to ship, screwed up the order and then failed to respond to emails. | |

| I kinda believe they're under new ownership or something. Or maybe I just got lucky. I bought from them twice in December and recieved both boxes within 2 weeks.
But to be safe, i just don't do E-bay anymore. I'd rather trade for what I want or buy them new from reputable stores. | |
