finally shipped the order after I threaten to post his name on the site...which i did do because there was no reply. He states that he doesn't have all the minis and there will be a second package later on.........! I won them over a month ago!

A good tool to use if you're not aware of it is www.toolhaus.org
You can check the negative and neutral feedback of any ebay seller.

He is one of the sellers I listed below. he gave me the same excuse when he shorted me but I never received. I hope that you received your package.

I was just trying to make those aware of Toolhaus as a possible tool. Informed buyers are better buyers.

I am in the middle of a bad buy / ebay sale from brontosaurus.Â

I won a Bralain Eladrin about 6 weeks ago and he sent me the Bralani card and a Kolyarut miniature.  I sent him 3 emails over 4 weeks and heard no response (I did send to the 'contact seller' via ebay when he said in his item description to send Q. to ... email address (but they looked the same)).  Finally, I saw him ebay selling said Bralani and emailed why he was selling my item with a little threat included.  He fianlly emailed me back that it was the first he had heard of the problem and would correct it.Â

Well, its been 10 days since his last e-mail and still no satisfaction.  I will give him a few more days then I plan to e-mail him again.Â

We'll see and I'll keep ya posted.Â

Has not fixed the problem with me yet... I have emailed 3 times and no repsonse on any of them. He still owes me a thundertusk mini and card.
I'm not impressed at all....

I've had no problems with jotoge_games and have completed maybe... 6 or 7 transactions with them. That said though - I did have one issue with fantasy_quest_dist.

Rocky Mountain D&D is a problem seller for me. First, didn't use paypal, but said would take CC, then said couldn't take CC, then I sent a check and only received HALF of the pieces I won even when I sent a copy of the invoice with the check. And the three that weren't sent were checked on the invoice that was in teh package I did receive. Funny, but two of the three that weren't sent went cheaper than normal and the third was the one I actually wanted when I started bidding.

This thread did not develope as planned.  If you read the first post, it was intended to be a place where people would post a quick summary of bad sellers.  Then, they'd link to a post containing details.  Accordingly, the entire thread would act as a list of bad sellers with each posting being an entry in the list.
