| What does it say about me that I didnot even notice the jumps until I really went and looked for them...maybe I just process things in many parrellel time frames at once and resolve all disconnects subconciously so that anomomlies do not manifest in my reality....

| I think im noticing something that may be causing it.
Anytime I post it posts by my PC's clock time. So if I make a post at 11:00am on my PC it'll say 11:00am on the post timer.
But when it becomes out of order, I look at the next posters post and it reads 11:10am. I look back at my clock and its still 11:00.
I think confusion is happening between the server clock and each individuals personal clock.
But you probably already knew this so Ill shut up now. | |

You may be right, but if all is working well, those clocks shouldn't enter the equation. Client time and server time shouldn't have anything to do with each other. Since i don't host the server, nor have full access to the server and account, there is nothing i can /really/ do. | | | |

| Would tracking down flood control affect the site's performance?
Also, I've noticed that sometimes I have to logout completely in order because flood control won't die on me...it has happened when I waited up to 5 minutes and was still on. | |

| I doubt the user system clocks matter, or my & others from different time zones would really be screwing stuff up...
Lately it does seem the flood protections has been about 90 secs too - not that thats a bad things [)]
