If anyone notices anything else that needs to be added to the H/W list (or any corrections that need to be made to existing H/W list entries), post here to let me know and I will make the necessary additions and corrections.

This is a compiled list of the known corrections needed to existing data. I'm gradually working my way though many of these things, since some of them are bit more mind-numbing to fix than others.

DDM - Other
The materials from the original 2004 Basic Game need to be updated so that the minis match the base stamp.

SWM - promos
The faction for the New Republic Trooper needs to be expanded to "New Republic".
SWM - repaints
The Yuuzhan Vong repaints (9+10) need the faction expanded.
SWM - Universe
The faction entries for the New Republic and Yuuzhan Vong minis need to be updated so that they are written out to match other sets.

Dreamblade - Base Set 2006
The rarities of the minis in this set need to be fixed so that they match the normal
pattern (C/U/R).
Dreamblade - Chrysotic Plague
Typos in the names of the Queen Chrysota, Baba Yaga's Hut, and Chrysota's Chapel need to be fixed.
Dreamblade - promos
The rarities for the first seven promos need to be corrected to match the standard form and the remaining promos need to be corrected to more accurately match promo/repaint status.

A variety of minis which use special characters (like vowels with an umlaut, or quotation marks for example) need to be found and corrected.

In one of the many forum re-org threads, Wuzzard or webmaster mentioned that the existing system to update the H/W list required FTP access to the host to make changes, and that a tool is being planned to allow changes and updates to the H/W data without requiring that level of access.
Until that is done, most likely all H/W data updates will need to be done by one of those two people.
The webmaster did ask for volunteers for some tasks in the Maxminis upgrade update thread, and mentioned that they are looking for several people to help with keeping the H/W list up-to-date. As far as I know, emailing the webmaster is the best way to volunteer.

The error is actually in the records storing your H/W data, rather than the general list of minis.
There was (and possibly still is) an intermittent issue where the records for a particular figure would get duplicated while saving the edited info.
Theoretically [:)] you could fix the issue by exporting your H/W list by using the "Create XML Export" feature, editing it to remove the extra record(s), and then importing it back in.

The top two posts with the new items and corrections have been updated since he posted that, but we've lost the "edited" indication so it's not immediately obvious.
I'll start putting (updated xxxx/xx/xx at xx:xx) the next time I update it so there's some sort of temporal reference until the "edited" feature is added/fixed.

The Have/Want list appears to be partially broken at the moment. I
cannot update my list when I make changes to the "Organized Play"
section of the list. Every time I try to save changes I get the
following message:
Error: Incorrect syntax near '1'.

I will echo the previous note about the numbering on the D&DC (Organized Play) list numbers being mixed up.
Also, on that list the Storm Archer promo [D&DC38] needs to be added.
Proper order for the list should be:
33 Lion of Talisid
34 Tiefling Blademaster
35 Frost Dwarf
36 Combat Medic
37 Wererat Rogue
38 Storm Archer
39
40
41 Huge Fiendish Spider
As currently noted, both the Combat Medic and the Tiefling Blademaster are labelled as field 34 in the table. This might explain my previous issue about not being able to update this portion of my list.
Also, my version of the list has 1 Stalwart Paladin in the list twice.

This might explain my previous issue about not being able to update this portion of my list.
Also, my version of the list has 1 Stalwart Paladin in the list twice.
As I mentioned in the "bugs" thread, the duplicate record in your H/W data for the Stalwart Paladin repaint is what is causing the error. You might need to fix the Combat Medic repaint h/w quantity, since you also had a duplicate record there, with two different sets of values.
The "id" number for the Combat Medic repaint is on the list of corrections that need to be made (found in the second post of this thread), and will hopefully get fixed with the next round of updates.

I would be willing to work on updating and revising them if they can be located.Â

I'm not sure who used to do that work, but it definately needs updating. It was one of the great features of Maxmini's. It is definately a pain to have to go to like ddshoebox to look up stats.Â
Let me know on this one also. Furthermore, I'm not a computer guru, but what is involved in doing that kind of work?Â

Can anyone confirm what the base stamp text is on the Winter Fantasy Horde Zombie? If it's "Promo" then we can change that entry, otherwise we'll need to make a new one.
In addition to the possible Horde Zombie change, the Copper Dragon (Comicon) and Wizard Tactician (Wizard World Chicago) are going to be updated with the correct base text of (Promo). The existing Wizard Tactician (Promo 2) entry really is for (Promo 2).
If anyone has promos in the list from a source mentioned in () that have base text different from what is specified in the () in the H/W list entry, please let me know so that we can fix them.

I hate to be a pain, but the Storm Archer repaint (under the Organized Play section of the DDM Have/Want list) is still not in the table despite being added to this thread as a missing item over two months ago.
It should be item 38 in the list, between Wererat Rogue and Cleric of Syreth.
