It should already be in the promo list, but it's possible that I used the wrong set ID and it's in the wrong section. I'll check it out.

I can use my access to the H/W data to view the mini database data with a few tricks, but not edit it (the mini database uses a boolean for one field, and the interface doesn't handle it correctly and won't load).
Host is going to need to make the necessary changes, and will need to add the stats for unlisted minis (I could theoretically add them manually, but there are just too many fields to deal with even if I'm copying and pasting from a compiled source).
The collector number for the non-epic blackguard is wrong; it's entered as 24 instead of 25, which is why the image is showing up incorrectly. Unfortunately, I can't edit existing records in the mini database because of the previously mentioned boolean issue, so Host will need to make the change.
If you are willing to compile/reformat the stats for Night Below (and eventually Desert of Desolation) to make it easier for Host to add them to the database, I've added an excel template of the database fields as an attachment.
Leave the "piece_id", "h_id", "f_set_id", and the various rating columns blank. The "h_epic" column should be blank for the standard 200 point stats for all creatures, and equal to "TRUE" for the epic version of a creature. There are length limits on the spell and special ability fields in the database which will cause some entries to be truncated later, but there's no way to avoid it for now.
I've left some of the existing entries there as a reference, and if you have any questions, let me know and I'll figure out the answers.

DDM's Desert of Desolation has been added to the H/W list, as well as the Guardian Mummy promo.
The Blue Dragon Lair maps (the original icon version, and the DDs set poster version) have also been added to the map section.
In case you missed it, the upcoming SWM Force Unleashed and AAM 1939-1945 sets were also added recently.

Sirohk: If I can figure out a way to change the default value for the problematic data field from NULL to FALSE, I might be able to make the fixes myself. Otherwise Host will need to make the changes.

I've just added the Rebel Marksman and Rot Scarab Swarm repaints, as well as the Battle of Hoth scenario pack contents (in SW Icons) and the reported Horde Zombie (Toy Fair) promo.

Not sure how this will be done, but will we be doing a category on the new Have/Want list for the DDM 2.0 promo cards now being released in the retailer kits?
I mean, they will be available for download, so not super valuable. Still, they are a promo item and likely on nicer cardstock than most people will print out on.
 - Feral Troll 2.0 Card needs to be added to any such list created.

I'm adding the Feral Troll 2.0 promo card to the epic card section for the moment... once we figure out how we're going to be handling the retro-2.0 cards, it can be moved to the appropriate category without losing anyone's h/w entry for it.

Since your adding the Feral Troll to the list, then you also have to add the Spined Devil and the Large White Dragon!

I will be adding the Large White Dragon promo 2.0 card for D&D XP to that list, probably at the same time as the card from the February kit becomes known.
Since the Spine Devil card was given out only with the D&DC62 repaint, in my opinion it's better to have just the promo/repaint listed and not separate the card into an extra item.

The four D&DC repaints given out at D&D XP (and almost certainly planned for the April-July retailer kits) have been added to the organized play repaints.
I've also added an entry for the Desert of Desolation printed cards to the epic card section, and at some point in the next few days I'll probably create a new category just for the 2.0 promo cards (2.0 promo cards from the retailer kits, and printed sets).

The version of the Jungle Temple map used at the Limited Championship at XP was also added to the maps section.

I've added the Dungeons of Dread Minis to the Max poster and the Elf Conjurer 2.0 promo card from the April kit to the H/W list. The repaint is the Trog Bonecrusher, which was previously given out at D&D XP and is already on the list.
