There has to be somethhing wrong, perhaps with the html in someone's sig?

I was wondering if there were some way to force the frames to a certain minimum size?

Yes, it is caused by truncated links in some user's signatures (in that particular case, by spikegif's sig (email sent)).

I've posted details of the ongoing problem toward the end of the "bugs" thread in General.
