| I was looking for an old post of mine the other day. The good old days of using Google to search through Maxminis is mostly gone thanks to the differences in targets from once upon a time.
It would be really great if I could, within a forum, sort the posts by name. I could then quickly jump to the segment of posts by a particular user. If the name-sorted posts were then also sorted by date (with most recent first), then I could go through those until I got to the one I wanted.
Or does this already exist and I haven't figured it out yet?

| | Change the dropdown that says "Posts" to "Posted by" and then put in your name. It will return a list of all the posts you made sorted by date. | | | |

| I'm feeling particularly dumb right now. Where is this dropdown? I'm looking all over the page, scrolling up, scrolling down, going back a few pages. I know I'm missing something...

| | click on the search hyperlink at the top right of the forums, then there should be a dropdown called "Posts" on that page | | | |

| Ah, okay. I didn't think to click on the Search first. (I've tried searching for things that I know exist, and then I just get returned to the main forums page, so I just assumed that the Search was out of commission.)

| Ah, I see what's been happening. I tried it again, but this time I played around a little.
When I use the Search, the page that gets returned has no results, but the chat window is now open (I keep it closed). If I then click on the Search hyperlink again, everything works.
Is there some aspect of the page that requires the chat window to be open for chat to work? (I'm pretty stupid when it comes to coding, so I don't have a clue.)
