Starting today, every time I've tried to call up My Trades or H/W List, whether from the Tools list on the left or above, I get:
Unrecognized: Please reconnect to site using http://www.maxminis.com
Is this because work is being done to these features?

| | Well, I was looking into the matter since it started up again. I was getting the same error message as before, but I was on a different computer than the last time. The only thing that was the same both times I was gettign the error message was I was using Firefox. However, I just opened up the site in IE (older version) and it worked fine, so there is something wrong with it and the browser. But again, it was working fine yesterday when I was using Firefox so I have no idea what the problem is. | |

| | I think I have a little more knowledge of what is going on. I think my issue is caused by the forums thinging I'm not logged in when I used these features even though I am. Maybe it's related to Oryan77's problem of becoming logged out as well, since we're both using Firefox if I remember correctly. | |

| | Last post on the matter, I promise. It seems that this problem happens when Firefox fills in my login information and I login from there. When I do that, I can't access mu H/W, trades, etc. If for some reason I have to write in my username, then everything comes up fine. I have no idea what this means and how to fix it, and I can access what I need to through IE, so it's more an inconvenience than anything else. | |

Thanks for the update.
Many of the older "tools" like the H/W list, trade interface, etc are still running using code from the previous maxminis server, so it's possible that something in the bridge between those tools and the newer software that runs the site and the forums isn't being sent correctly when Firefox is used to log in.
I'm not sure if anything can be done to fix the problem you are having before the tools are updated to be part of the newer site software (it may be a bit before that happens), but once that happens the problem shouldn't show up anymore. | | | |

| Thanks. Again, for me this is an annoyance more than a serious problem, so if the solution is just wait for an update, that's fine and reasonable. There is no reason to put effort into a problem that essentially will fix itself.
