How does one get the rich text editor to appear?

Are you using IE7? I just upgraded to IE7, and I don't get the "design" view rich text editor any more. Switch back to IE6 or to Firefox and you'll see it. Other browsers, I don't know about.

I haven't gotten it to appear in I-don't-know-how-long, I just use the regular editor and tweak it.
