| Stupid question to be sure but how do I post links that are "live" or in other words that will function when you click on them. Just about every link I post has to be copied and then pasted into the address bar.
Why doesn't this board software just post them live automatically?
Here's an example of what I'm talking about.

The following is going to sound critical and I don't mean it that way but this board software is needlessly complex. On another message board I frequent if I want to post a "live" link I don't have to do anything to it. I just post it and it's live. None of this
< ahref="http://blahblahblah stuff. If I want to post an image all I have to do is [img]url[/img]
I'm assuming that since this board just works that way, there is no way to change that right?
