| | Just a few corrections for my warlords..unless your still updating them. But my CE warlord has the Drums of Panic (maj), my CG needs Tiramth the Wild Elf Raider put down as her Lt. and Apophis needs his +1 Collar of Concealment..other than that I think im good..sorry to pester you about it so soon but I dont wanna forget.. | |

Now for LE, havnt you ALWAYS been able to trade a Minor item and your winning Medium for a Major..cause thats what I have done that in the past and thats what I did at that time.
And as for OC loosing the Pot of Fireball and Gaining a Medium item that was our fault I guess..cause he said he was trading it in for a Medium item and rolled that..might wanna talk to him about that.

Summary:
Lady Adrania won init and chose the middle of the left side of the board. So Saliqui was forced to the right. I had Saliqui set up at the top so she could run and drop an empowered fireball on Lady Adranias band. Lady Adrania ordered the Couatl to move up to the top of the hill for a better veiw and hoping to gain points leaving the rest of the warband behind. With the Couatls energy protecting effect out of range of Adrania's warband Saliqui saw the oppening and dropped an Empowered Fireball on the warband, all of which they saved still taking 15 dmg. After the fireball both forces scurry to get to the top of the hill as fast as they can.
The next round comes and Adrania wins init agian (what a suprise I said) and she has her forces advance little by little to the top. Saliqui does the same, but her trusty Frenzied Bersker, who goes by Joan, ran up next to the Justice Archon who was hurt from the Fireball a turn before (60 hp). As she bases the Archon she uses the Ring of Duality to act a second time and attacks the Archon twice felling her. After that everyone else moved up to the top ready for combat, Judith (the other FB with the Pouncing ring) sets up for a charge. End of the second round.
Initiative time..Adrania wins agian and procceds to smack Joan bringing her to 20 hp. She strikes back at the Warforged Hero and causes a morale check, which it made. Then with the couatl open Judith Pounces on it slaughtering the Couatl. At this point it was the Lady Adrania conceded. No one scorred any King of the Hill points..or in this case..QUEEN of the Hill.
Victory by Elemination, 3 rounds. | |

Gaining Magic Items: The winner of a battle gains a random magic item of medium power or may exchange a medium magic item he already owns for a random magic item of major power. The loser of a battle gains a random magic item of minor power, or may exchange a minor magic item he already owns for a random magic item of medium power, or exchange a medium and a minor magic item he already owns for a major item. If you lose a match, you may forego your minor magic item and instead trade in a major item in to roll a new major item. If you win a match, you may reduce your new medium magic item to a minor magic item and trade in a major item to roll a new major item. See the Magic Items section for random magic item tables and detailed descriptions of items.
Ok here is the problem, You as winner can only exchange 2 Mediums for Major, The loser can trade a medium and minor for a major.
This was done to balance out people who consistently win from gaining too many items compared to warlords who consistently lose.
In our last week case your error is you needed to trade two medium for the major , reading this I still don't see the problem with me trading
in my medium and minor from the loss for another Medium. I guess I should have rolled a Major????, Gal can you clarify???
Unfortunately Aravis I think your going to have to do some item re-rolling. Gal if I need to re-roll let me know ( and what I am rolling for ) and I will roll before my game with Tkort. | |

I'll try to clarify... technically, by the rules, you can't do this.
"The loser of a battle gains a random magic item of minor power, or may exchange a minor magic item he already owns for a random magic item of medium power" ie you trade two minors for a medium.
So if you don't already have a minor item in stock, you can't upgrade to a medium. The reason you can do the re-roll for a Major (at the price of a minor item) is because this is the ceiling and otherwise there would be no other way to change your majors items. This does not work for mediums.

Game was a fast one where Martags warband took the top victory location and soon after killed his zeph warrior losing only his first warrior to the tiger and taking out Graym with two of his warriors...the battle ended quick when one of Martags warriors happend to land a very large blow on the weretiger...shortly there after redgar died from the weretiger but his raiders came through and revived Martag. | |

Ok Gal I can trade my Scroll of quick cast in with my minor from the loss for my +1 weapon of shock medium I rolled. and keep the medium potion of fireballs X [], that work?

This started off with me really confused as I thought I had the scenario down and I did not, so I brought very little flying because of my misunderstanding. OC offered to let me redo my band but I declined saying I should have read it better and I had pulled out tougher wins. At the end of round 5 he was up 50 to 0. The next 5 rounds I started collecting points. In round 6 he took out Ulmo, but the Bear then routed the Efreet on the crit who rolled a 1 with Tyrannical morale and was destroyed. Jareth and Rosencrantz used searing light to take down the direguard and the bear and everyone slowly worked their way through everyone else. Gorn routed rosencrantz who could only fail on a 3 or worse and then rosencrantz failed ro rally when all he needed was not a 1. But it was too late as Guildenstern the Werebear sliced through Gorn dropping him in the 11th round. | |

Just got to add that's the same wearbear that earlier in the match I knocked down to 10 HP, routed him all the way to hill level 1 only to have him rally, get a full heal! and come back a decide the game, evil Lawful Good bastards! | |

| Quick question re: Alliance Trading
I want to make sure I understand the wording correctly, is it necessary that the items traded between allies are the same "power" level (min, med, maj)? Would it work if we traded the equivalents (2 mins for a med, etc..)? Just want to clarify as Aesoph and I will probably trade at some point this week. We were working on a way to "loan" an item whilst completing a trade over two weeks but the loan item is a major and the two trade items are mediums. Please advise.. :)

went 6 rounds 40/0 VP's gorgasim/SilentG
both armies moved as close as they could do the top of the hill with the justice archon capturing the top right away. The Footpad then moved into range and shot at Marshall hitting, which angered the Justice Archon making it charge him. Orthok moved into a flanking position but even together the pair couldn't seem to take down Marshall. Eventually both were slain and the powers of Good claimed the day.
