| There was no concession, my commander and last unit was elimintated. hence GAME OVER.
As far as I know The game doesnt continue afterward, activations remaining or not. I am sure numerous people here will/ can confirm that for me. ( unless you are making this a specific in your league)
So in addition to illegally using a item, getting the win for the match, and then illegally obtaining a powerful item at end of the match, its now my fault for not catching that his Wings were Boots?
isn't there a responsibilty for a player to propery represent their own items?
Hey man, it your league. Personally I think you should require this game be replayed.
On top of all I previously laid out, we also had the conflict of Varilux telling me I was using a illegal unit at that start (which it turns out I wasn't)He agreed to let me use it anyway but it only added to the bad taste I had in my mouth at the end of the match.
(thou I believe this was an honest mistake)
I don't fault Varilux, for using the tools he "thought" he had. my main complaint is I do think it's incredibly bad form to try to claim the acid weapon he did not pick up during the match, Stating after I am dead and the game is over that he then picks it up wouldn't fly anywhere else. We both know, and anyone that watched the replay would know that If he took the time to have a unit pick the sword up during the game, which would require skipping an attack during a hotly contested melee, could have easily changed the outcome of the game, it was that close. Which is exactly why I never picked the sword up despite having numerous chances to do so.
Also please, can you tell me how a "Scroll" is used in your campaign
there is no explantion listed in the magic item list.

Question: Conceding is different than a match ending due to reaching victory conditions. How is this handled in the your campaign? | |

| | I was watching this game and also didn't think it right that he pick up the sword after the enemy army was eliminated. Although I didn't say anything at the time I would like to now, merely as the questions and concerns did come to mind then, just hadn't been voiced before now. | |

| Hello again everybody! Another thing I wanted to point out is that in the match between Old Coast & Varilux (sp?) Varilux does not get the sword. He eliminated his opponents last standing creature before picking up the sword. If you kill your opponents last figure on the board the game ends right then and there. If there was a creature routing or something like that and still on the board then he would have been able to pick up the sword.
The replay I recieved from Varilux didnt have the whole match in it. It seemed to just be a screen shot. I couldnt step through any of the moves or anything. Once I got the full replay from OC it was clear that Varilux eliminated OC's last unit before picking up the sword.
So the ruling is this: Varilux still gets the win but he does NOT get the magic item the Trog King was carrying. | |

Would it be possible to post the deadline for each week on your site? I'm always confused as to when it starts and when it ends.. last week, ended on a monday, so does that make monday the deadline for this week (5)? Or do we have until, like Tuesday at the latest?
