| To the EC Administration,
After checking on my lieutenant stats, I noticed an oddity under Eirika Renais (LG)'s lieutenant; he's labeled "+1 Level, ????" Well, I did specify the level I wanted and didn't see a response to it -- did I miss something? So that got me thinking, did I pick the wrong level as far as spells went?
After re-reading the SPL table, I think I might have. As my Aasimar Favored Soul starts at SPL 2, would this make him SPL3 and I am to specify a Level 1 Divine spell, not a Level 2 Divine like I did previously? If yes, I choose the following level-up instead of what I posted in Week 57.
Lieutenant: Sir William Trane - Aasimar Favored Soul
Level: +1 SPL, +5 HP, new 1st Level Divine Spell: Sanctuary.
If the "+1 level, ????" was due to my error, I apologize; I hope this'll correct it. First time I'd taken an SPL, so it seems I misunderstood how the starting point works on them.
If I was somehow due for a 2nd Level spell instead, I'd sure like Resist Energy instead. Otherwise, there's my level 1 choice above. | |

| | I asked about this in the week 57 thread. Also keep in mind that as a sorcerer while you gain the ability to cast a new spell, you do not gain the ability to cast more spells of that level necessarily. In this case you still have 4 castings of level 1 spells which can be split into MW/Bless/Sanctuary in either way you see fit. | |

| | I must've missed the post then. Sorry about that, Richard. And yeah, that's fine, re: 4 castings between those spells. That's my intention; I rarely use all four of my L1 castings, so I wanted something else I could use. | |
