| Thanks once again to Hailspork for compiling all these and preventing them from getting lost in the wilderness.
I'm going to be working (reading/considering) each of the suggestions here and adding whether I think we should tweak anything or not. Once I have made a decision, your comments will be appreciated.
"why not change it to where you cant assign items to creatures that cant be brought under command?" and Independence is too weak Independance went from an awesome item to next to useless. I'm not even sure we should make it a medium. >Remove/Replace Independance I think our current limits of Incited/Disruptive/Difficult/Wild is a simple limitation. If we wanted to change this, I would recommend we add/remove some or all of the abilities. I am fine how they are now (I wouldn't trust that Humman Commoner with MY magic weapon =) >No Change
Granting spellcasting and stealth to non-casters and non-stealth(unresolved) This is something for V4, so I'm not going to attempt this one now =) >No Change
Adjusting Cohorts/Leadership/Willing to Follow(unresolved) This is a tricky one. Please check out the discussion and ensure I have the wording correct. >Change Leadership feat to: Lieutenant Commanders can benefit from this creature's Commander Effect.
Tweaking Consumables(unresolved) This is a majorish one, but something that I like to call a THAC0 artifact (left over from the old days for no good reason) and would prefer not to wait until V4 to do this. I am going to bump this discussion so we can continue it. >Undetermined, please comment in discussion thread
Ring of Dexterity too weak
Power....................Old.......................Update (Med)the Marksman.........Ranged attack +2.........n/c (Med)Protection...........+1 AC....................n/c (Med)Ioun Stone, Deep Red.+1 AC, ranged attack +1..+1 AC (Maj)Dexterity............+1 AC, ranged attack +1..+1 AC, ranged attack +1, +1 Speed (Maj)Protection...........+2 AC....................n/c
Increasing burst back to 15 With the minor resistance items, I think this is reasonable. >Increase medium Burst power damages from 10 to 15
Upping aggression to +10 See thread for the logical arguement. Change Aggresson major power to Aggrssion +10
Level 5 psionic powers(unresolved)
Adding a new enemy type
Stealth class discussion(unresolved)
Several item suggestions(unresolved)
Scribe Scroll too powerful? (Lower in this thread, unresolved)
Loot Your Warlrd? (Lower in this thread, unresolved)
Nerf ID? (no thread, unresolved)
Make sure Humanoid is never an option as a Follower Type
Limit Extra Attacks(Unresolved)
Remove "Swift" from burst weapons(Unresolved)
Dropping items

| I am not sure that this is supposed to go here.
I know the items are just randomly selected at the auction house, but I think that the rules for the auction house should state that only one copy of an item can make the list. If a duplicate is rolled, reroll it. That way we won't miss out on another item option for duplicate scrolls (or whatever).
This is in response to Week 80 with two Medium scrolls of Silent and Still on the list. Aside from those scrolls being boring, I would even bring this up if it was two rings of Etheralness in the Major catagory.
Please consider this Auction House tweak.

| Regarding Leadership, I can already put my commander Lts under command. They can get my warlord's CR to morale and such. What they can't do is benefit from commander effects.
I would word the feat like this: "Leadership: Other commanders can benefit from this creature's commander effect if their CR does not exceed this creature's."
This will let the warlord always provide his commander effect to everybody in the warband (assuming they're in range, no countersong, etc.). For Lts, it lets them provide their CFX only to other Lts and to low CR commanders.

Thanks Wish! Yes, this makes more sense. I would make 2 changes, first, it will only be Lieutnenant Commanders as opposed to other commanders, and this makes the exceed CR part redundant so can drop that.

Then wouldn't the feat just be easier to read as "Leadership: All Lieutenants gain Willing to Follow" | | Join the fun of the Eternal Campaign

That would allow the Lt to gain the cfx of any commander, not just the warlord. That'd be WAY too powerful for a single feat too. It's phrased such that only the warlord's cfx may be granted to only lieutenants. | | Champion of the Hellwasp Swarm New subscriber to rule #0: bshugg is always right.

| quote: EC Mini-update Cont'd: There doesn't seme to be much interest in some of the rules discussion, you comments are greatly appreciated here, or any of the more specific discussions.
There are too many discussions going on at the same time. How about we pick 3 subjects for discussion each week, decide on those and update the rules accordingly. This will result in a more dynamic rule set that gets updated each week (This week would be version 3.80).
People can then add topics to the list and the EC moderators could postpone topics or hurry then to the debate in order of importance.

This is an interesting idea. We used to do it this way. The issue we had then was people were getting annoyed at the constant changes and the lack of consistancy.
However, I think if we pick a specific time frame to get stuff done, say 4 weeks, and with 3 issues per week (less the trivial ones)...then it could work.
Other thoughts? If others agree, I will post the biggies for this week so we can get started. | | Join the Eternal Skirmish Campaign.

I know its not exactly the way DDM works but maby you could word it Willing to Follow [warlord's name] I think thats pretty clear imo.
