Go to the following web page and click on the VT-Constructed button for rules and sign ups. At least 8 sign ups before the tournament starts. I did not find any informations about the schedule. Will it be like the last tourney, you get paired up with an opponent and make up a time to play within a week?

There is a map scheduler on the web site. It will send an email to your opponent for them to accept or reject. Once I start the tournament, pairings will happen automatically. You will have one week to complete the match from the time of pairings. The website is set up to automatically send out the next round pairings after the last game of the previous round has been posted. So if everyone completed their games in two days and reported their match, the next round pairings will automatically go out.

I'm signed up. I hope everyone uses this to test some new warbands and doesn't bring the same old stuff. I personally am trying something completly silly and plan on going 0 - everything with it.
