Short answer: Yes.

A turn is one activation. If Figure A provokes an aoo from your OC and you kill, you can then cleave on Figure A's turn. Then when your OC activates, he could kill something and cleave on his turn.

The game is split into rounds, phases, and turns.

Ok cool.

Is this the same with the other situation?
The OC activates, kills, cleaves.
On an Orc Druid's turn, he casts Snake's Swiftness on the OC; can the OC attack, kill, cleave again, as it is the Druid's turn?

Can anyone help me with the above query? Is the SS situation legal?

Yep, that's exactly right. Turns are the same as activations. Since a new creature is activating, it's a new turn.
