| This is a fun format.
Urthok 34

100 points, Commander '5', 11 activations.
This will fare well against a Red Sam/OW band; the high AC will neuter the OW, and one on one a Goblin Skirmisher with Urthok's Commander Effect will take an OW anyway. Urthok and the Ogre can take on any Unc heavy hitter. The Zhentarim's can be frustratingly hard to get rid of. The GS and Ogre move 6 - fast enough to not be automatic losers to a range band, though as usual LE against range can be weak. | |

| Drow Sergeant, Cmnd 2, 16 pts
2 Red Samurai, 80 pts
Orc Warrior, 4 pts
99 points, 4 activations. Use either Assembly Tile 3 or the Harbinger one with rubble on it, a Treasure Room, a Torture Chamber, and either the Abbatoir or the Blood Rock Cave. Use the Treasure Room and Torture Chamber to block off line of sight againt archers and spellcasters, or use them as a funnel against melee bands. The Red Samurai use their breath weapons to clear out fodder, then they bash things. The Drow Sergeant is there for cheap command and to pump up the Orc Warrior a bit. The Orc could be swapped out for a Bullywug Thug to make the total exactly 100 points, or for something that can keep up a little easier with the Samurai. I'm not sure if there's anything faster than Speed 6 for 4 points, though. | |
