I've never heard of 500 points sealed or draft, but then, I don't get out all that often.

Technically, "Extreme" does not fall under the label "Constructed," even if you're building from your own collection. It's just "Extreme" -- I don't think they differentiate between constructed or sealed for it.

Actually, as I recall, the format for doing sealed with GoL was this funky one where you could do either 350 or 450 points? Think that was it. If you did only 350, and they did 450, then you could win "Quickstrike", you didn't have to kill all their guys. Otherwise, both sides played Kill-Em-All.
Right now, Extreme Constructed is always... what... Standard kill everything, I think? Draft and Sealed is always Assault, and 100/200 Constructed can either be Assault OR Triad.
