I don't see too many posts about campaign/league play. I'm guessing you're not getting much feedback because you're writing to a fairly narrow group (within a very narrow group). I've never played minis using the campaign rules, though my son is itching to try.

Your analysis of commanders is good. I might consider requiring a commander of between 51 and 100 points given what you're doing, to restrict the choices. Also, this increases the ability to predict what you're facing.

But, that's two cents from someone whose never played this way.
