| Could be but I doubt it. Slayer of Domiel at 12th level is less likely to fail morale than a great deal of creatures. Especially if with a commander rating 7 commander. Even if it does fail a Slayer of Domiel starts with 65HP which means that it'd be down to at most 30HP when it gets enslaved. Meaning it wouldn't take much more to kill. This is the drawback of Balor's enslave. Some creatures when enslaved are mostly a nuisance more than they are useful.

| Yep, I don't think that the Slayer will fall victim to Enslavement very often. Given the relative improbability of seeing the two face each other, combined with the very good chance that the Slayer will succeed on either of the two saves, we won't see it much. But, it sure would be a thrilling change of game for the Balor's player.

| Even with a commander 0, like the couatl, the Slayer only has a 35% chance to fail a morale save.
So, in that situation, there's a slightly better than 12% chance that the Slayer would be enslaved.
In most situations, you'd require back-to-back 1-3s to be rolled... or a 2% chance of enslavement.
This comes back to why the Balor is not Tier 1, since it's very tough to count on enslave, but, enslave is factored into the cost of the Balor.
