| | Where are the Artemis Entreri bands? I have heard absolutely zero reports of anyone using this guy in a constructed tournament anywhere. Has anyone used him at all and how effective is he? | | Member of Team Amish 3rd Place in 2007 Constructed World Championship My combined DDM Skirmish record of all games ever played in all formats. 486 - 188 - 4 | |

| I havent had to chance to play in tournements yet. But I have used AE in two games a 300 point and 500 point. I found him to be a excellent figure. Set a ranged sneak with his magic dagger then move into melee. Dual activation came in handy. BTW I won both skirmishs. On a different note can you activate him in the same phase twice?

| You can activate him in the same round twice (IIRC).
Here is a band i posted some time back and it is a fun band to use (won each time out of 5 matches)Avoid the lame name, heh:
Entreri's Dragon Raksasha Artemis Green Dragon (first turn TP or preferred flanking) Duergar Champion Kobold Miner x3 (first turn TP unless you roll wandering badly)
It's a fun band and it kicks butt. It has a bad match up against constructs, undead and elementals. Commander assassination is fun with artemis (18 squares attack) with a ranged backstab for forty. In the event of facing constructs or ely's then just go for the commander (except for maruts). I love using it and if you get a nice bigby's/paralysis the creature is toast. Love sneaking and stunned/paralyzed creature.
I haven't brought it to a tourney because there are no places near me in RI that run them and i don't want to risk all the possible bad match ups with chraals and Iron Golems running around everywhere. | | Champion of Bruenor Battlehammer | |

| | You can activate him twice in the same phase. That would be your two activations for that phase. | | Member of Team Amish 3rd Place in 2007 Constructed World Championship My combined DDM Skirmish record of all games ever played in all formats. 486 - 188 - 4 | |

| | Artemis has some excellent stats, but unfortunately tends to go down quite easilly. I've used him a bit, but can't crack anything that will work against someone else who understands how to use him. Using him against someone who is not 100% sure on what he can do is fun though. I don't think he has the right support yet, but he could do sometime, potential, but not realied yet methinks. | | | |

| | Entreri is hurt by the number of good elementals, undead, and constructs. Only good for a theme match against Drizzt I suppose. | | Over 270 successful online DDM trades. | |

| | i've been beat by artemis bands several times in 200 pt (both 8 figure and 12) but mainly i feel through significant skill differences between me and the person piloting the artemis band. artemis is an amazing figure in that between double activation and side step you have all kinds of opportunity to be tricky. probably the best use of him imo is paired with a helmed horror and rakshasa. the rakshasa further enhances artemis mobility without regard to opposing hitters, and you can pull people out of supposedly safe positions with the slide spell. the horror is just a pita to kill and adds damage against non fire resistant bands while acting primarily as a flanker/blocker for artemis. | | -Doranur

| | I personally think he's too squishy for his points. He doesn't do well against many of the current popular pieces, and he's not all that hard to drop for 80+ points... | | | |
