Well i´m in a personal campaing to get most WOTC tiles (official and Banned) and i want to find where i can download the SANDSTORM set of tiles? i heard some people about they exist but i haven´t found it yet. Somebody that help me to find where to download?

They most likely won't (legally) be made available for download. You'll have to purchase the Sandstorm book. The tiles are in the back. There are also non-legal tiles in the back of the Frostburn book. The Stormwrack book has no tiles.

Or find someone to trade them to you. I traded mine away or I would offer...But the flip side is that I am sure there are people still out there that would trade them...
