I'm not going to worry too terribly much about the HH until I see the CEs and special abilities from War Drums.

Consider the possibilities of, say, a playable commander with the CE: out of command creatures take 5 additional damage from every source.

Those are the sorts of CEs I think we have a chance of seeing that might put a damper on commanderless warbands.
