There are a lot of good pieces in this set (and there have been lately too). But, the ones I'm most impressed by are the Uncommons that are close, but not too close, to existing (but hard-to-get) pieces.

Elf Pyromancer / Mephling Pyromancer
Orc Champ, Ogre Ravager / Blood Ghost Berserker
Graycloak Ranger / Steelheart Archer (and the Elf Stalker from UD)

In most cases, the new piece isn't as good as the old piece in some important way (cost, speed, something). But, in every case, the new piece is still competitive, and raises the level of play for the newer players. Excellent job.
