Subject: "Always out of command" and warband building

It just occurred to me: can the Dark Naga bring the Gibbering Mouther into LE? Or, does the "always out of command" ability prevent that?

My H/W list is not current...

It does prevent it from doing so, yes, much as the grey render's 'not subject to commander effects' keeps it out of CG with the Greenfang Druid, or the reason the Red Slaad can't jaunt over to visit with the Couatl.

And the bad part about the Red Slaad is that not even the Death Slaad (his perfect boss) can command him.

Maybe they will do a White or Black Slaad that can command slaadi that are always out of command.
