the trick here is to avoid the hitters altogether. run a skirmish offense keep out of reach until you can kill a commander. the drow are basically heavy fodder/ flankers who will hopefully never need to engage main hitters. the cavalry can kill almost any piece with a good charge and ac 26 + blur means it should last a while.
