The text reads as follows:

"5 cold damage whenever target creature activates; save at the end of each of the target creature's turns (DC 15)."

Does this mean the affected creature make a save every round until it succeeds? Or does it make a save every round until the end of the match?

I had a discussion at length on this very topic with a friend recently, and we arrived at several ways that could be interpreted. I'm almost certain a GuyF clarification will be needed for this.

Since the spell doesn't explicitly say that the damage-inducing effect ends with a save, and since it implies that the saves must be repeated every round, then it stands to reason that this works like Eberk's spiritual hammer (or whatever it's called).

Until I see that it works more like the Orc Wolf Shaman's lightning spell, I'd say keep making the saves.
