| I played at the Stillwater, OK pre-release. We had 26 players from 3 states. There were three figures that were not used in any warbands.
1. Tordek 2. Meepo 3. Cadaver Collector
I know that Tordek and Meepo were each pulled, but they were not played. As far as I could tell no one pulled a Cadaver Collector in their tournament boosters. Two were however pulled in the boosters they received as prizes.
Yes, this means that a Wizened Elder Watcher was used, and one guy had two whitespawn in his warband.

| No Tundra Scouts. A buddy of mine pulled one but he didn't want to play it. I still think he should have.

| I used a whitespawn as well. Would have used both if I'd have had the points.
With the AoT, they become +4/+4 for 10, with speed 8, which is great for blocking teleporters.
I didn't see: Meepo, Dragonborn Fighter, Goliath Cleric

| I don't think this really has any bearing on how good a figure is or isn't.
For example, I saw at least a couple of magma hurlers actually being played. I was one of those who played with one. Does that mean that they are actually good figures? No. Bonded Fire Summoner was my only commander, and the Magma Hurler was one of the very few non-huges I pulled that was over 30 points and could remotely come close to being called a beater. No good dragonspawn (green, red, or even black), no non-epic beaters, nothing that could fit with the figures I had (to make a 500 pt band... unless I chose to play a 350-400 point band).
With Bonded Fire Summoner (BFS) as my only commander (I figured that commander 2 was better than commander 0), the Magma Hurler (with the bonuses provided by the BFS) was actually my only non-huge beater. So it really depends on the situation.
On the other hand, no one at GameKastle played Tordek.
That, by no stretch of the imagination, means that Magma Hurler is better than Tordek. If you pull Tordek... you USE TORDEK. Even if you pull a Bahamut, you could fit in the non-epic Tordek... unless you pull Bahamut and Bluespawn (in that case, curses on your soul, and may karma eat you alive). In most cases, if you didn't pull Tiamat or Bahamut, you'd play Tordek.
Likewise, Cadaver Collector is a good piece to include as well unless you have a god-pull, and can't fit him. Just because he wasn't used at Stillwater, doesn't mean he isn't a much better non-huge rare than Magma Hurler for Sealed.
On that note, you can pretty much tell that the set lacks in common and uncommon beaters when the best beater you have is a Magma Hurler...

| There were 2-3 Tordeks at our event. Saw most of them, really, but no one pulled a Sorcerer on Black Dragon or Dracolich, so obviously those weren't run. I think one guy was forced to run a Tundra Scout.
There were probably a few other large or medium rares that weren't represented, but if so I don't know what they would be.

| From the Twin Falls, ID prerelease:
I didn't see anybody play the Tundra Scout (although I pulled one) or the Cadaver Collector, but saw Eldritch Giant, AoTs, AoBs, Todecks (both epic(me) and non-epic) and Slaughterstone Eviscerators.
I placed 4th with Tordeck, Bluespawn Godslayer and Hobgoblin Talon of Tiamat in my warband (hence why I DIDN'T play the Tundra Scout). The Top 3 included Aot (1st), AoB (2nd), and Epic Slaughterstone (3rd).
Saw just about everything else.

R~
I pulled the tundra scout but didn't play it because of several creatures that do alot of fire damage(AoT, SoBD, Firebelcher, Fire elemental, the list goeson) and it has no magic weapon(Barney w/DR10 just hurts). In retrospect I probably should have tried using it. I think it has some potential against large and smaller but against other Huges it is just lacking. Just my 2 cents. | | Called shot for blood war: Leonal

| From Syracuse Pre-Release:
I pulled a Dracolich (the only one I beleive) and he DID NOT get played.
I also did not see: - Dragonborn Fighter (which was probably a good thing for those who played) - Meepo
That's all that I can testify to.

| At Waco we didn't see a Dracolich or Tundra Scout played (they were pulled), and no Eldritch Giant nor Slaughterstone Eviscerator (none were pulled). Those were the only meaningful pieces that didn't see action.
We had a few Blackguards, at least 3 Cadaver Collectors. We had at least one Tordek and Griffon (both Epic, in the same band), and we had one each of Bahamut and Tiamat (I drew the Big Lady).
Edit: Come to think of it, I don't think I saw a Green Dragon, either.

| Can't believe someone got a Tordek and choose not to use him.
We had a 1 Dracolich and 1 Huge Fire Elemental that was pulled but not used. Surprised by the fire elemental that at least more weren't pulled, we had a lot of Purple Worms instead.
Didn't see Meepo. Not sure about Golden Protector. No one pulled a Wizened Elder Watcher of if they did the quicky realized it was junk and put it back in their box. [)]

| Perhaps more interesting than what wasn't pulled, is what was pulled but not played.
Warden of Wood & Meepo (I pulled and let sit, can you believe it) Slaughterstone Eviscerator (he didn't even play the non-epic, said damage output was too low) Dracolich (smart - not effective in this sealed) Huge Fiendish Spider (not so strange, but when he ran Yuan-Ti and gave up synergy in favor of the DBeast & Filler, this seemed strange)
What else did people leave on the sideline? Some one out there had to leave an Aspect off for being too expensive!

| | My tourney saw no Blue Spawn Godslayers, which I thought was really odd since they're only uncommon, and no Dracolich, or Fang Dragons pulled. I was the only one who pulled a Cadaver Collector, which I paraded around the room any chance I could because I think it's the single coolest looking mini I've ever seen in addition to it being a hard hitting monster. There were two guys who pulled both Tordek and Bahamut in the same booster, with a third Bahamut and one Tiamat besides and tons of Firebelchers and Meepos. | | "I am created Shiva, the Destroyer; Death, the Shatterer of Worlds." - the Bhagavad-gita

| Hmm.... I don't recall seeing a Tordek played, but I know they were pulled. I pulled one myself, but I also pulled an AoT, with a Talon of Tiamat and two dragonwrought kobolds, so I went with her. Godslayers and Eldritch Giants were common. I don't recall seeing a Dracolich being played.
