1). Do Zombie Kobolds gain the benefit of the Kobold Sorcer's Conceal Commmander Effect?

2). Are Dragonspawn considered to be dragons for the Dragon Totem Hero's Warbands?

1) Kobold Zombie is listed as TYPE Undead, so no they do not get the Kobold Sorcerer's Conceal CFX

2) Yes, the spawn in the new set are listed as TYPE Dragon (among other things) so the Totem Hero's CFX does work on them.
