I've got three of these suckers and can't decide to part with them or keep them. What uses or rolls do they fit/give a warband? Comments?

I could see making use of them in a 50 point or 100 point game, where his DR can be a major factor, but I don't think you're going to want to put them in a 200 point game. They just can't do enough against big opponents.

They are clearly better (and cheaper) than the old wererat.
But a big part of their value is DR:5 to block ranged attacks - "High Mr.Greycloack, just shoot that bow at the wererat & it won't hurt at all..."
But WotDQ has a whole new set of ranged attackers {storm archer, Clawfoot, Fire Belcher} mostly doing 10 to 15 damage. So DR:5 is not the perfect defense it used to be; (Actually with magic weapon spells it never was a perfect defense, but atleast it sometimes worked.)
WotC have a habit of producing units which would have been great in the previous expansion. But are virtually useless against the the expansion they are in {e.g. Gith-Monk V's Helmed Horror} The wererat rougue looks like another one of these.

Like the fire summoner/small fire elementals/magma hurler? That combo would have been awesome against Chraal warbands... but not against much else.

My "danger rats" band. (I know it is not that good, snd can't deal with constructs. It is more of a fun band)

wererat x5 45 points
underboss 28 points
LGD 52 points
Aspect Hextor 75 points

Ideally the rats can sneak attack at +13 for 15 dam.
