-I have tested a LE warband with eldritch giant and loose with no mercy against a LG slaughter eviscerator warband (not the most hard encounter). This eldritch is really weak for his cost,I can ensure you this!Low HP,low AC and low speed are his features for his huge cost.Arrogant is the worst and he has no cleave. His only good feature is door dimension (I have to admit it is useful). And only one question:what is the use of magic missile with this brute?I expected much more.Which is your experience with him.You won? Will you use in the current metagame?

I traded mine (along with some other minis) for an Aspect of Tiamat.
The mini itself is awesome looking and something I'd consider useful for RPG. In skirmish I asked myself "Would two E'Giants be better than three cheaper Godslayers?" and decided the answer was no. Dimension Door is the EG's one good point but after that there isn't a lot to recommend.

I lost to an Epic BGoN/EG band in the prerelease. My opponent used what I consider a very cheesy tactic. He let me beat up his little guys, then d-doored into the middle of my fighters just before time was called, killed one higher point creature, and won on points.

Yes,that is the same tactic I used with the LSD in a past tournament. It works well but what I do not know is that it can be done with the eldritch.Interesting,indeed.But the problem is when you are not into a tournament without time...Everybody agree with door dimension is his best feature

They simply got scared to make him work like he does in DnD. The thing is, in the RPG all those spells are swift spells. I realize if his DD where swift he would be a bit on the insane side, but his MM should be swift at least. Or for god sake, a giant who has magic running through his veins could do magic damage at least.
