Well, this was an odd match, but interesting. This experiment was more an exercise to get familiar with the GBD because none of us had ever used or faced it before.

We pitted x1 GBD + x1 300pt warband (no epics)

vs.

x4 200pt warband (no epics)

and lost badly. The GBD was just unstoppable (well we did manage 320 damage on it, but still). We played it so that the 200pt warband builders were the same "warband", but we each got our 2 activations according to our initiatives. It was 3 LE + 1 LG (cause this was a spur of the moment thing). We were too spread out and with our poor speed and the GBD "teleport" it just ripped us apart.

But, that did give us some pause to consider what could beat the beast.

It is our belief that it would take 3 Blue Barneys + mix to take it down.
