| This is made for the gamer who is trying to keep up with the winning warbands in the game. In my area you can win with anything. Nothing in the current meta is really making it so hard to win. In my area we have some of the top players in ohio and they come to win. Balistas would win constantly in my area even old school marut, aspect...heck even dual hill giants have won. I see no CG in my area even though they can be contenders. I have yet to see a belcher in my area. I know it is bizarre. I show up with spoiler bands that take careful piloting but I have a plan versuses every faction on how to win. Duergars show up a lot, and don't get me wrong marut and the balista show up but just with the most dumb support I have ever seen. Themed bands are what some of the not so skilled are showing up with. I even saw a hextor/ green dragon warband in our last 200.
Even in the first 500pt after WoDQ we saw no huges.; No bahamut or tiamat. Tordek was the only one that really dominated. I have to say though that with no huges in the tourney, there was little hope for anyone to take him down. | | Need Miniatures Painted? E-mail me at jeremiahschmidt2002@hotmail.com | |

| | Thanks to a small playerbase at our FLGS, the meta is suprisingly diverse. We really dont play tier 1 warbands most of the time, but rather experiment with different ideas. However LE triad/quad, GAS, Balor, CG-Druids, (Warden of Wood and Greenfang Druid) and Hill Giants are fairly common mainly because some people enjoy running these warbands, and do so on a regular basis. Otherwise the local meta is very erratic. | | Champion of the Sarrukh | |
