Do you still need to be within 6 squares of a commander at the beginning of the round  to be rallied?

Stun/ Paralysis, if used do they stun on your opponents next turn ? If he has already activated in the round and you use it is it wasted?

Champion of Grape Juice. Its delicious.

you need only to be in line of sight with you commander to be rallied.

if you use it of an already active miniature, it skip the next turn!

If the miniature is not active, it lose this turn.

From the rule book:

Rallying
A creature that starts its turn routing might rally if it is under command (or if it is a commander). It makes another morale save to rally. If it succeeds, the creature does nothing else that turn but is no longer routing. If it fails, it moves at double speed toward its exit. A creature can’t choose not to rally.
Commanders Rallying: A routing commander tries to rally when it activates. It adds its own Commander rating to its morale save. If it is under command of a commander with a higher Commander rating, it uses the higher rating instead.

So, "no," the figure does not need to be in any special place at the beginning of that round.

From the rule book

Stun/stunned: (Keyword) A creature subject to a Stun effect is stunned. A stunned creature is not active; it can’t move, attack, use abilities that replace moves or attacks, or take swift actions or immediate actions, but it is not helpless. A stunned creature takes a –2 penalty to AC. A stunned commander can’t put other creatures under command or add its Commander rating to initiative checks, and its Commander Effect does not function.
A stunned creature stops being stunned at the end of its next turn. In other words, it loses one chance to act; if an effect such as “skips next turn” prevents it from acting in its next turn, it remains stunned until it misses a turn in which it could act.
Stunned creatures still make morale saves, though routing creatures can’t move until they are no longer stunned. A stunned commander can add its own Commander rating to its morale save if a higher-rated commander is not available to help.

There is at least one commander (Cleric of Order) that allows a creature that makes it morale save (after routing) to take its regular turn - instead of doing nothing after rallying.

There's two commanders that allow that actually, the Purple Dragon Knight has the same commander effect as the Cleric of Order, kinda weird, its the only exact repeat commander effect we've had.

Don't the Champ and Cleric of Yondalla have the same CFX, including WBB?
