| Hobgoblin looks even better than expected - two uses of Motivate and no restrictions on it? He's going to be awesome in sealed and probably make his way into many constructed bands.
Prisoner isn't quite as nice as I had expected. The toughest thing about him will be the fact that he actually has *too many* hp to be useful  I can see this guy often surviving preliminary attacks then routing to a point where he isn't adjacent to an ally then being eliminated by chained. Otherwise, I still stand by my opinion that he'll see play in some play in top warbands - even with speed 4 since the only thing he can ever to is double-move. There are many maps where he can make it to victory areas by round 2. (EDIT: It has been confirmed elsewhere that he is 5 points, not 9)
Darkmantle seems a decent piece for its cost, but it won't be displacing much in that point range. Seems useful in sealed but probably not so much in constructed.
(EDIT: It has been confirmed elsewhere that the prisoner is 5 points, not 9)

| | At 5 points that a whole lot different, but yeah very susceptible to routing. | | Champion of the Kender ckissee - "providing TPK's since 2007" Albert Einstein never once said that if the bees disappeared, "man would have only four years of life left" but the theory is a scary prospect. | |

| | Remember that the Prisoner cannot attack, which means he'll pretty much always be running. That means his "real" speed is 8, not 4. | | "Clearly a case of too many hunchbacks and not enough mad scientists..." | |

| Since the dark mantle is wondering monster that means, you have more or less 1/2 probability on not needing a tile grabber. Sweet, so two of them would increase the probability to more than half, just wished that they moved more, in order to get to a VP in case I did not turned in one of mines.

| I like that hobgoblin marshal One ally within six would mean that any in six squares not closest, which I was thinking might be the case.

| | Can you motivate a routing creature to run back to you?
