| | I kinda like it, stacking save penalties can be pretty nice. Sure the DC is a little low, but it just keeps getting harder and harder to pass. Could be particularly deadly against low save CG, assuming you could ever manage to get them to engage it. | |

| Don't scoff at DC 15. Assuming it hits with both attacks in a round (42% chance against an LBD, 56% chance if flanking), then even a level 10 creature has a 36% chance of failing at least one of the saves (and don't forget, every time you fail a save, your chance of failing the next one increases). A level 8 creature (like the ones in CG that are currently very common) has a 51% chance of failing at least one of the two saves. And, once again, it worth noting that the wording on the card is LEVEL-2, not save-2. Hit someone enough times and the Krenshar can send it running.

Yes. True.
But all this time you are spending 26 points and doing 5 damage. This ability should have been his prime, nut not with this DC or amount of damage. he would need to hit more regularly to be better.

| My disappointments:
1) There is Horrid Fascination ability in this set, but they decided to give it to Basilisk, not to this eternally shapechanging, chaotic monstrosity!
2) Chaos Beast is not Formless.
But,
3) These Beasts will probably eat many investigators in Call of Cthulhu RPG...
