| Can anybody provide a list of maps where it is possible from one or both sides to get a fireball off into the opposing start area on the first activation? | | | |

| Just how strenuously were you trying to get a first turn "fireball" First turn fireball warbands used to be something like the Elf Pyromancer & an Inspiring Marshal. With the elf moving 12 squares to reach his firring position. The likely current variant of that is a pair of Shadow Dragons (breath attacks instead of fireball) they can fly, shadowjump & the fly a bit more. To reach attack position (if the target if worth it)
| | Don't worry about the current metagame. It doesn't matter if it's ugly, bad, or the best ever. In 2 years time, set rotation will ban everything. | |

| I know that in drow utpost, cavern side, you can move 6 square and cast a fire ball on their side. You've got to take you're side tho. | | | |

| Dungeon of Blood. Frostfell Rift. Dragon Graveyard. Hellspike if you have Blindsight. There are more I'm sure, but I can't recall them.

| | Broken Demongate has a couple of sneaky spots, if you start on the "happy side". Blue Dragon Lair is loaded with first turn AOF potential. Field of Ruin has a couple, as does Market Square....actually. Drow Outpost, as mentioned earlier; Dungeon of Blood, but that requires some sloppy set up on your opponents part. Mithril Mines has some potential. As Ryoga mentioned, Fane of Lolth (my favorite map for Vlaakith). Actually....*most* of the maps have first turn fireball/AOF potential, but a lot of it is conditional. I'd say Blue Dragon Lair is one of your best bets. | | Morg Champion of the Deathbringer Friend of the Corpse | |

| | I think, Keep of the Fallen King, is very usable for it, too. | | Againts the Giants Called Shot: Cattie Bri. Dungeon of Dread Called Shot: Cockatrice. | Tomb of Queen Perigrine (need move 8 to do it to/from one of the corners, others you dont need to move, but it's doable) Field of Ruin has a few sneaky LOS parts Market Square (on the extreme edges of the start squares - not likely against a savvy opponent) Drow Enclave (need to move 6 one way, 8 the other) Teleport Temple ... need speed 12 though Frostfell Rift can make it pretty much anywhere to anywhere in 6 squares. Kings Road is really easy with 6 speed | | | |

The lines of sight on this map are really good. I saw a first turn slaying arrow on a werewolf lord. Ouch! | | Champion of the Brainstealer Dragon Desert of Desolation Called Shot: Medium Brown Dragon ***Winner of WBC VIII and XII*** | |
