Can an arcadian use elude chance on his dual swords for each attack? twice in one turn?

I am pretty sure that is the ruling only 1 specail power per turn so you cant use both on same attack.
I have seen a couple try it on vassal and it has been denied both times. | | | |

| | 04/27/2008 6:40 PM | Alert | As far as I know, you can use both Elude Chance abilities, one each, on both of the Dual Swords attacks, giving you a lot of auto-damage.
That's how I've seen it played.
