Ok, last night we had a tournament and one of our players asserted that a new clarification said that you cannot move your speed with your move action and then charge with your attack action. He says that the charge takes just a move and an attack. Is this correct or can you move your speed(or shift) as a move action and then charge as your attack action?

You move your speed(or shift) as a move action and then charge as your attack action.

Charge replaces only 1 attack action.

You can't move on the same turn after you charge, though.

So if I have a creature with speed 6 that is 12 squares from one of my opponents creatures :

I can move 6 squares using his move action, then use my attack action to charge and move the next 6 squares to be adjacent to the target and make my basic melee attack?
