| Okay, so, we've seen the stats. Now, what to do with her?
I was originally thinking that three of this piece would be crazy delicious, but, of course, there are too many things that can slow, stun, confuse or immobilize them from a distance.
So, that meant Merchant Guard. And, that means either Borderlands, or drop to two of them and go Wild.
What are your thoughts?

| | I find frenzied berserk being one of the best all-star pieces (I do not find her attcak bonus low like some people said).Three can deal tons of damage at a very high speed so,that will be my first choice (sad,I only have two of these girls). And remember,a lot of tournaments have been taken by multi berserks warbands with easy. She has tons of HP so I do not think merchants are a must.Dual MFL can be very dangerous unil you reach them, then it will be piece of cake (choose a map with lots of cover is not hard). And you can play her with eilistraee and silverhand (not so good I think) or go with the super-invincible EB for huge amounts of damage. | | LOVE THIS GIRL | |

| I want to run her, but I have dropped to the Skullcleavers instead. I believe that with the right mix (Wild Elf Warsinger anyone) the FBs will be very competitive. | | "You are not the sum of your miniatures."

| I ran this tonight:
Storm FB x2 Guard x2 Hellwasp Wild Elf Elf Archer
I played the typical dual Efreeti band, once on Jungle Temple, once on Dwarven Outpost. Both games I lost. Both games, however, went to time, and came down to the last die roll.
In both games, Storm died early. The plan was to use Healing Wings to cover the 10 damage from the first round, and to give flight to cross Flooded Ruins (which I didn't get to play on).
In both games, Storm didn't really pay off. (Though the +2/+5 helped a couple times.)
I want to test some other bands, now that I've seen Storm isn't necessary. Eternal Blade might be nice, especially as I'm more likely to beat Efreeti on initiative.
We'll see...
I can say this though. I really like them. The burnout is almost insignificant. They get right on things and start whacking. I'm convinced Merchant Guards are necessary, so, if I don't go Wild with them (the Wild Elf was da bomb), I am not shackled to Storm.
I was thinking two Snaketongues, for the +10 poison. Dunno though.

| FB are a scary proposition. 3 of them is a 360 hit points to chew through. And then they can do a ton of damage.Â
But a first round TBA bomb on them and they are going nowhere fast. So Merc Guards necessary and therefore I would run them in Borderlands.Â
I might be tempted to run:
x2 Frenzied Berserkers 104 Wulfgar 54 x3 Merc Guard 24 x3 Goblin Runners 12 x2 Farmers 6
A full 10 acts and 200 pts
Wulfgar gets them an extra ATT when Bloodied.Â

| I won't be placing my three Frenzied Berserkers on their start areas such that more than one of them gets hit with a nuke.
I like what you came up with, and I've come up with a handful of similar bands. But, I noticed something in my testing (which I have yet to fix). The FBs really need ranged support. Farmers can hit them often enough so that the FB is a juicy target for them. Being able to pick off little guys turns out to be important for FB bands, I think.
In general, that means less expensive champions or fewer Merchant Guards. Presently, I'm scared to death to not run any Merchant Guards with them. So, I'm thinking a cheaper champion will be my plan.

| I'd be very tempted to go:
Wild Frenzied x2 Snake tongue x2 WeW Death Jump Elf Archer x2 Rat
Should have no trouble outdmging an opponent and the 3 fodder you have are fodder slayers so no swarming. Beware the tomebound!
For BL I can't come up with anything that has ranged support, dmg boost, and BG... I can get 2 outa three but that don't cut the mustard.

| The more I think about these pieces, the more I realize that, for the cost, the Skullcleave is still better. Speed 8 is the only redeeming feature (compared to the crap AC and DEF).
They've been fun to test, but, I can't see them holding out for 8 rounds of play.

I kike this warband. Wulfgar gives the FB extra attack when first blooded :D and that when her strenght increases The MG are there to take in the Stunning Immob and such attacks. Pretty kew; wish a had one more FB :D

Â Â Very nice. I was thinking a third hitter, and three guards. This is really nice.

| | I would use the FB in multiples but I only have one :-(Â The WWL and FB do have a little synergy as the FB has Bloodthirsty: +10 dam vs bloodied targets, the WWL champ power can futher increase this by +5. | | What's the matter boy, don't cha like clowns? Don't we make you laugh? | |

| I loved Frenzied Berzerker for a long time... but, we have to be honest, we can´t play Frenzied Berzerker actually. First, she had low attack (+15), and comparing her with another succesful pieces, the most one are cheaper (i.e., skullcleave, Werewolf Champion, Shadowbane). The another pieces with (relatively) same cost are Wulfgar (so much better), Mighty Blademaster (the new Frenzied Berzerker) and even Tifling Gladiator.  | | | |

Probably on Evermelt. | | What's the matter boy, don't cha like clowns? Don't we make you laugh? | |

 Â Â Â 2FB+W+3MG+3GR+2Farmers=11 activations. You can Upgraded 2 farmer for a Kobold archer.
Or maybe change 2 farmers and a Merchant Guard for a Militia Archer (champ 2) and boost attack when you really need it, look the High AC of some of the main hitters around.
But I like that crazy idea of yours!

Thx Ryoga.Â
I was surprised not to see any FB at GenCon Championships. I thought soemone might just be crazy enough to play Frenzied Berserkers.Â
Now that GenCon's over with, I plan to try this figure out along with a number of the other All Stars.Â
