| | Our GM decided to start using some of it in an existing campaign and it adds a new twist to things. In a leathal campaign where you don't want to lose characters, it is pretty cool. But the campaign itself is very limited and would be very hard to use as is. If you can pick it up cheap, it could be worth it. | |

I don't figure it as a book to be used often, but it could be fun for a campaign or two... or should I try for a 3E version of Ravenloft instead?? hmmmm | |

| Ghostwalk is...weird. As an idea, its rates about an 11 on my cool gauge, but actually FITTING it into an existing campaign is a monstrously difficult process.
I think its an impressive work, but I wouldn't use it. I like my D&D how it is, and if I wanna play a ghost, I'll play one of the most atmospheric and disturbing RPGs ever printed.

That's why I'm considering it, it is a cool idea (IMO). But I have a hard time coming up with a way of implementing it. Would I have to do a TPK?? Considering I wouldn't want to start a campaign as a bunch of ghosts. But then again if I get it for peanuts it could be worth it, even for a single campaign. | |
