I have all my players put relevant stats onto index cards. In addition to giving me relevant info, I can also organize them for appropriate initiative orders -- just a little way I try to speed up combat.

I use the cards put out by RPGA for download about a year (?) ago. I'll see if I can find the link again when I get home.

I think the cards might be found here: RPGA File Downloads but can't check because the stupid site is down again. Does that mean they're updating it though?

Edit: It's called "Game Mechanics: Initiative Card"
