Yeah, nice riddle, but kinda easy. Consider dropping the last 3 lines. But a nice RPG riddle - you don't want to make them too hard.

BTW, keep them coming!

You could always steal the sphinx riddles from the old NES game Shadowgate. Those were good little RPG puzzles. The thing that was convenient about them was the answers were always an object you could find somewhere in the castle. Some of them were very, very easy and others were ridiculously hard.

It's on the easier side. I think that's better for RPg's. People tend to freeze when you say, OK you got 10 minutes to figure this out. Riddles become more difficult with a ticking clock.
