| I think all DMs would have fun with this quick and easy senario. I heard this from stonefro2000 and thought I had to share it with everyone else here on maxminis.
The PCs are walking along and out of no where they see a box. Which ever PC opens the box (If they choose to) gets a little surprise.
A starving weasel jumps out and latches out onto the PC's face.

Could always couple it with a triggered spell of some sort to add to the panic. A Fear spell coupled with something in the box might leave the other party members scratching their heads why whoever it is so damn scared of a weasel (or tentacle) :) Throw in a Darkness spell and the rest of the party will hear the poor sod in the dark screaming for his mammy. | |

I must agree with Sir Bozak though, the exploding rune is always good. I love the Order of the Stick's way of using it too.
