I am sure this has been asked 1000 times, but does a rogue with two weapons get two sneaks? I can understand maybe if he is flanking, but if he had his opponent flatfooted or somethign like that, it just doesn't seem to make sense to me. I am not really a rogue player, I'm just curious.

Everyday I think people can't get any stupider, and every day I am proven horribly wrong!

Yes, every attack a rogue makes that qualifies under those circumstances adds sneak attack damage. Both your scenarios would occur in full sneak attack damage.

An important side note is an invisible rogue. After the first attack they become visible so any subsequent attacks would not be sneak attacks (unless meeting any other criteria.)

I agree with Reezel. But if you are the GM you can chance some rules (using home rules) for some things that they don't make sense to you and your friends. But only in a logical base and not in basic rules of the game because you may have problems later.ΖD]
