I've searched and searched and can't find where I saw this before. Are there listed DC modifiers for listen checks based on distance and what is in the way (like doors, walls, etc.)? Something like DC 1 or 2 for every 10 feet away. I can't find anything about this in the DMG or PHB. I think it mentioned it in Red Hand of Doom, but I can't find where it was.

It's the second table in the description of the Listen skill on page 78 of the PHB.
