| They have a large introductory PDF and one for each Dungeon issue on their site that help adapt AoW for Eberron and Forgotten Realms. Though the downloads are 3 issues behind.

| | For the record, the additional info presented by Keith Baker adapting the adventure to the Eberron setting is outstanding. I'm impressed Paizo did this as a free download. | | Better to be hated for what you are than loved for what you're not My Have/Want list Trades pending with: Competed trades (11) ares71,pagansexy,bradu,Unearthed Arcana, Garate,Arbados dobblegog, blackthorne,aussie_jim, spikegif, Lady Bast | |

| Silly question.
Age of Wyrms takes you from 1st to 20th level...You dont really need to incorperate it into your campaign because AoW is the ENTIRE campaign.
Since Kyuss is a Greyhawk god or demigod...Why not just run it in Greyhawk?
Just curious. | | Champion of the Skulk Vindicated Champion of the Twig Blight

Some people are doubtless invested in particular campaign worlds or aspects of those worlds. For example, someone who's spent lots of time carefully detailing a corner of the (Forgotten) Realms may want to put all of that painstakingly compiled regional info to use. And AoW in, say, Dark Sun or Birthright (to pick two of the more out-there examples) is going to have an entirely different flavor and focus that it would anywhere else.
Plus, you can't play a Warforged in Greyhawk. [:D]
Cheers,
Dagonet
Personally, I think Kyuss makes for an excellent Lord of Dust. . .

Because you like the Eberron races, or gods, or the artificer class, or about 20,000 other reasons I'm too lazy to list. | | Anson on WotC boards

A fair question. I wanted an epic storyline and I wanted to run an Eberron campaign. This gives me both. I just go through and tweak things to give them an Eberron feel. Keith Baker made loads of good suggestions too, which makes it a lot easier.
I'm pretty excited about it actually, first sesssion is tonight! | | Better to be hated for what you are than loved for what you're not My Have/Want list Trades pending with: Competed trades (11) ares71,pagansexy,bradu,Unearthed Arcana, Garate,Arbados dobblegog, blackthorne,aussie_jim, spikegif, Lady Bast

| Expect 100 deaths!
My home group is running through it now.
I think we've gone through about 20 PCs total.

| Wow, 20 deaths? I'm halfway through the 2nd adventure now and we've only had one death before, and that encounter was actually some reucurring villains from the Whispering Cairn, so they weren't that tough.

Holy crap. I thought some of the later adventures seemed pretty brutal.

| I have had 3 deaths in my group so far and we are halfway through the 4th installment. All three came about when they pressed forward despite being heavily wounded, and not retreating from a bad fight.
So far, when they play smart, they live. | | Looking for someone to cosponser a midwest DDM event. let me know if your interested! Check out my brand new blog: http://bshugg.blogspot.com

| We're a little A, a lot of B. (Our mages charge the group for their services...)
Plus, there are encounters in the later mods that you look at and wish you could slap the author.
Our current party includes: 13th LG Cleric of Heironeous (Me) 12th LG Paladin of Heironeous 12th ?G Cleric of Pelor 13th CN Sorcerer/Fatespinner 12th C? Barbarian/Fighter 12th ?? Cleric/Wizard/Mystic Theuge/Geomancer of Farhlangn 12th ?? Sorcerer/Rogue/War Weaver
Our new paladin has had it the worst. The player has had about 7 of his PCs die or get. Our Sorcerer/Fatespinner is still on his original character. Our Barbarian has died twice with his current character. I came close to death with my current character before it was determined our DM was using erroneous rules.
