I just read through the list of new feats shown for the PHB2 on the WotC website and like them. It creates more choices for PC's to choose for feats, and I think several of them are well thought out.

I have no idea what they do to game balance.

I like the new feats. Specifically the amount of them. Feats had added a lot of variation and character choises to the 3rd edition D&D game and it's good to see both offensive, defensive, arcane, and more feats in the PHBII. Some of the feats do look very potent but I'm pretty sure WotC team playtested every one of them. I look forward to check the book in real life.
